To develop the answer provided by "uta", you need either MinGW or Cygwin to compile your code. MinGW can be obtained here: MinGW

For simplicity, I will describe MinGW. Install MinGW, then go to CLion like this:
File → Settings → Build, Run, Deploy → Toolchains
And select the directory where MinGW is installed. In my opinion, the default on Windows is C: \ MinGW. Once you do this, CLION scans the directory and detects it.
If you have already installed them, you only need to select the folders in which they are installed in CLion.
