The site connects very slowly in Chrome - DNS problem

I have a site hosted on an AWS EC2 instance with an ELB URL. DNS mapping completed. When I try to open a site in Chrome, it takes about 1.3 minutes, and in Safari it takes about 3 seconds. Further, I found out that the initial connection takes 1.3 seconds, and then the download takes 3-4 seconds. Is this a DNS problem? I need help in solving this problem, because I am not an expert on the network. Thank you for your help.
