This is after following the instructions here for debugging C #. Does it still work for windows?

According to the error message, it looks like you did not install the C # extension according to the instructions https://microsoft.gallery.vsassets.io/items?itemName=ms-vscode.csharp

Open the control panel and make sure that the correct version is installed. Or, if so, uninstall it and try installing again
