View dll contents

I am looking for a tool to view the contents of C # dll, preferably free..Net Reflector used to be free, but not anymore. This is a terrific tool and you can easily see all the code up to the line. PE Explorer is another one I looked at, but the disassembler in it does not seem to output C # code. If you know any other tools, please share. The .Net reflector is the best I know to work, but just curious if there are any other options.

Telerik just came out with one:

They said they would ALWAYS be free. They released it in response to a change in the .Net Reflector to the payment model. It is currently in open beta (free to download now) and it works great

Edit: as of June 2014, “free” means you should use their bootstrap installer, which is trying to bundle other (non-free) applications. In addition, you must register with your “Support System” to complete the installation.
