Creating a babycall application, how can I pair / drive iphone with a bluetooth device?

I have a technical problem that I spent several weeks trying to solve, but I can’t do it, so I ask for help.

I am developing an application so that it can function as a “ babycall ” together with the application to have our Bluetooth device, where the mother can leave with her baby.

Babycall bluetooth connects to my iphone through settings for sharing all multimedia content, funcionamente is very similar to helmets with a microphone.

CURRENT . I plug in and play all the sounds of my iphone in babycall, including the sound of my application.

PROBLEM : I need to pair / route my iphone with babycall as follows:

iphone-microphone → sends sound → babycall-speakers

iphone-media → sends sound → babycall-speakers

babycall-microphone → sends sound → iphone-speakers

As I read in the documentation on apple, this is similar to AVAudioSessionCategoryMultiRoute , but I could not apply this parameter.

Please help me?

I am developing in Objective-c.
