Docker getsockopt: connection failure

Question

I start the docker server on my Ubuntu machine, and I get an error message when one of the applications running on the server tries to open the socket, I get the following error: tell me why this is happening?

I ran the same code in a virtual box and I can’t see it ... Perhaps there is no memory problem?
