SMS service that uses +44 7781 470659

I'm trying to figure out which SMS API service serves many of the main online services for two-factor authentication (Dropbox, Microsoft, Yahoo, eBay, Blizzard, Steam, etc.)

SMS messages come from +44 7781 470659.

I spent several hours searching for an answer, to no avail. Does anyone who has experience using the SMS API recognize it?

It looks like a legitimate SMS broker who sends large-format text messages on behalf of many companies. Microsoft, eBay, Google, Yahoo, the list goes on. However, it is very easy to trick the sending number, and although the real number is legal, there are reports that scammers fake it for perverse reasons, requesting information in an attempt to trick you.

This phone number was discussed here as used for ebay: https://www.reddit.com/r/techsupport/comments/2dr4sl/received_text_from_microsoft_about_a_singleuse/

Also here this number was used for google: https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!msg/gmail-es/c7UUBpkgTSA/Y3Shun9SeNkJ

UPD. Guys from Microsoft say it's Sure Network (Guernsey) .

I believe that the actual SMS service provider is SMS Gateway (Europe) from CM Telecom, Netherlands. Microsoft, Facebook, Ikea, AirBnB, McDonald's, WhatsApp, DHL and BMW are listed as their customers. They have SMS Gateway service in Europe, Asia, Africa, North America and South America. Pretty global.

It supposedly belongs to Sure, as mentioned above, but Microsoft officials did not seem to talk about this. It seems that ordinary forum users said that.

In accordance with this http://www.scamnumbers.info/shownumber.php?number=447781470659 the number bounced and was used by scammers in July 2016 !!! However, I have texts from Adobe, Microsoft, and ebay related to December 2015. He is supposedly now owned by The Sure. Who knows. This is very confusing!
