Download dSYMs from Xcode Organizer, I get this "Application Recording Missing" error

I am trying to download the symbols for debugging the crash log that the client sends me (ipa signed with ad hoc distribution), but when I click "Download dSYM" in Organizer, I get this error:

You can get dSym characters directly from xarchive:

• Right click on .xcarchive from the organizer
• Select "Show in search", right-click on the file
• Select Show Package Contents where the dSYMs folder is located.

As suggested in the comments, I answered my question.
