Unable to see and use native VCL style

I created a new style in Bitmap Style Designer , saved it in the Styles folder, but I do not see it in the project settings under the Appearances tab. What's wrong?

If you use the basic Embarcadero style, you need to change the Author and Name fields in the Inspector designers window.

Then your style will be indicated in the section "Project Settings" - "Appearance" under its own dividing line:
