AdMob and Firebase

I added AdMob ads in my Android app.

I connected to the AdMob site using this link:

https://firebase.google.com/docs/admob/android/quick-start

I have a few questions:

Is it possible to achieve AdMob ads without Firebase?

Is Firebase FREE and IS a Developer? Can I insert AdMob ads into my application with Firebase, and then don’t worry about anything else. For example, payment and / or any OTHER INFORMATION.

AdMob integration can happen without Firebase, it’s just a recommendation by Google to use Firebase with it to improve application analysis.

Firebase is mostly free, with the exception of a few functions, such as TestLab, and some functions have a set quota, which comes under the free level, you can definitely use firebase with AdMob, and yes you don’t have to pay anything for free functions and you don’t even need to add a payment method unlike other platforms.

Yes, you can use standalone AdMob without Firebase. But I recommend implementing AdMob with Firebase. This saves you a lot of configuration effort and is simply integrated into the application.

For the official website:

Using Firebase is recommended, but not necessary.

The best way to use AdMob is with Firebase, but for publishers who are not ready to make this switch, Google Mobile Ads will remain available as a separate SDK. Android publishers can continue to import the play-services-ads Gradle artifact without using the Firebase plugin.
