Android Studio - jump back and forth between matching curly braces using a single key sequence

I had to switch from Eclipse to Android Studio for Android. Many features are better, somewhat worse. In particular, I skip the jump between the corresponding curly braces (opening β†’ closing bracket and vv) with one key sequence.

I was able to find that CTRL] takes you out of the open bracket to the final, CTRL [returns you to close before opening the curly bracket. If the wrong character [or] is used when you are already on the opening or closing bracket, then the editor moves on to the next bracket of this type.

Is there any key sequence that jumps between the corresponding curly braces, like Eclipse?

I think you want

  • Ctrl + }

  • Ctrl + {

they move to open and closed brackets.

Do you need one combination for both?

Use Ctrl + shift + M

If this helps anyone using Android Studio on a Mac OS X machine jump back and forth between matching brackets or parentheses, use

control + m

or maybe

control + shift + m

One key decision
You can do it like
Go to setup-> keymap to find Move Caret To Matched Brace add a shortcut to it.
This shortcut will bring you to an end. If you are at the beginning of the bracket And at the beginning, if you are at the end of the brace.
Additionally:

1 . For Windows:

  - Use <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>]</kbd> to move to the closing bracket. - Use <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>[</kbd> to move to the opening bracket. For the Mac: - Use <kbd>cmd</kbd> instead of <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>.

2 . For Windows:

  - Use <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>}</kbd> to move to the closing bracket with the code selection. - Use <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>+<kbd>{</kbd> to move to the opening bracket with the code selection. For the Mac: - Use <kbd>cmd</kbd> instead of <kbd>Ctrl</kbd>.
