Soundcloud: is api-v2 allowed and is there any documentation on it?

yes, the title pretty much sums it up. Is the app allowed to access resources at api-v2.soundcloud.com? Is there any documentation for this?

It’s relevant, since I’m currently working on a soundcloud application, and I just found out that most calls on the sites themselves are made using api-v2. Answers from the server would be extremely useful for creating some kind of endless streaming, which is the feature that I like best about soundcloud.com.
