Php artisan displays strange characters on the windows command line

Please help me with this error. I get a command prompt for Windows 10. Whenever I try to use the php artisan function in Laravel 5.2, I get this error. I tried to run the system file check command: sfc / scannow, but the error still persists.

These are color codes . Use a different terminal application if it annoys you. I would recommend installing Git for Windows, which will install a pretty cool mintty terminal application.

It's not a mistake. These are color codes that apparently do not support a Windows terminal.

Windows PowerShell works great with color codes and other ANSI codes. Even if I find it somehow less "responsive" than on the old command line.
