Instant Articles - Embed Tweet

Question

Fighting the installation of quick FB articles for WP. Tweet Code:

after pasting the code in WordPress, an iframe is generated with the contents of the tweet. For some reason, the content of the tweets is missing in the final rendering of Instant Articles, so the IA transformer does not seem to see an iframe with tweet content ().

I tried to follow the FB guidelines: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/instant-articles/reference/embeds

no luck ... tried to wrap the code above in <iframe></iframe> , as advised ... nope ....

but the actual tweet content ( https://twitter.com/TechPORTFOLIO/status/769631890101899264 ) does not appear in the final rendering of instant articles.

Just try the easy way

1) Copy the tweet url.

2) Paste the tweet URL on the line in your article / page (in plain text) Note. The Tweet link should look like a string, it should be unlinked.

3) Now publish it, your tweet will be embedded in your article / page. If this does not work for you, just edit the page and cancel the Tweet URL.
