Missing Ribbon on Custom Web Resources CRM 2016 Problem

We encountered strange behavior in CRM 2016 SP1. When we open an object using the full URL, and then go to the user’s web resources page (added via the site map (web resource, URL, etc.)), our feed suddenly disappears. Please see GIF below.

Do you have any ideas on how to fix it?

The following is the state of the entered GIF:

Maybe this is something wrong, but check out the screenshot I took from your example. I am sure the feed still exists:

Just a wild hunch, as this problem needs to be carefully debugged, but it seems you are loading a web resource into the wrong target.

Subribbon and content are probably in separate iFrames and hosted in another iFrame, where your web property is loaded by default. To avoid this, you need to explicitly load its iFrame content. Most likely, this should be achieved by setting the target HTML attribute.
