How to check if users turned off notification sounds?

In Android 7, you can press the notification for a long time and choose so that notifications from the app’s app appear without sounds.

For Android 7, we have NotificationManager.areNotificationsEnabled() to check if users have blocked notifications for your application. How do you check if the user turned off only notification sounds for the application?

Update: The question is still on Android 8 / O. We have several users who complain that they don’t hear any sounds, and then they turned it off, not knowing it and not having the opportunity to check it.
