Missing Chrome Animations Button

I am trying to find a way to debug my CSS animations in Chrome. I downloaded the latest version of Chrome Canary, as it should contain this feature. Several sources confirm that the style tab should have a button in DevTools.

However, there is simply no button. It is also not available in the latest version of regular Chrome or in Chrome, which is used by my colleague. Are there any settings that I am missing?

It is very difficult to find a good source of this problem, so I ask you guys for help :)

I'm not sure why there is no button, but you can open the animation tool by selecting it from the context menu in the console drawer.

My version of chrome is 61, and now the animation button moves to Advanced Tools under the three dots in the upper right. Hope my answer can help those recently reviewing this post.
