Bootstrap or Material Design Lite, or both

I have been building sites since the last 6-7 years and using Bootstrap since the start of Bootstrap 2 and love to use bootstrap 3.

Now I'm trying to use Google Material Design Lite, so my question is "Do I need to use the Bootstrap framework to use Material Design Lite, or I can only use Material Design, will it give a good responsive website and network system, for example, bootstrap?"

You can use both together, but I do not advise you to do this. I have not tested myself.

Remember that MDL does not replace every component of TBS; instead, it has its own approach, but does not expect it to include everything that you used for TBS.

An alternative approach would use:
1. Material for Bootstrap - Free
2. MDB - Free is limited, but the Pro version is expanded.
