Nomethoderror undefined method to "configure" the application

I am trying to push my application to Heroku. I created the “heroku create” escape and it went through a smooth one and it appears in my applications on their website. When I run "git push heroku master", I get this error. All that I saw related to the same NoMethodError: undefined `configure 'method for ProjectOne :: Application' just goes into the development.rb folder and has this" ProjectOne :: Application.configure do ".

I am stuck here and cannot find anything to help me. As far as I can tell, the method error is not where the push failed, and as far as I know, I fixed the problem. If the error is somewhere else in the code or I misunderstand something, please let me know! THANKS:)

I solved this problem, at least in my case. To fix this, run

 rake assets:precompile

At that moment, I made my changes, and then finally I was able

 git push heroku master

Try changing the top line in the production.rb file to

 Rails.application.configure do

Or maybe just an app for an app might work.
