Rancher & Docker Failed to get ping from agent

Question

I ran into another problem with Rancher and Docker.

I installed the Rancher server and then on the other server the Rancher agent using the command provided by the Rancher server. I see the node in the main section, but every 5 minutes the ranch shows the message "Reconnecting" to the node.

I checked the ranch server logs and it shows the following:

[icpasping.impl.PingMonitorImpl ] Failed to get ping from agent [6] count [3] 

and more information.

Could you shed some light on this problem?

I had the same problem. I really want this to be resolved, but I have no idea.
