Linkedin add to profile (in new profile)

I have a Linkedin 'add to profile' button for recent months. Linkedin has launched a new profile project for some users , and the button will not work. The documentation has also changed, but it is very poor and does not explain anything about the necessary and optional parameters.

It’s also hard for me to debug, as I still have the old profile and everything works well.

Any help?

I had a response from Linkedin support on this issue: "Please note that with the new version of the site certification information will not be automatically filled out for participants. Clicking on the button will simply lead the participant to the" Certificates "section of their profile, where they will have to manually enter the information. " Then I asked if this was temporary or final, and he was told: β€œWe are not sure at the moment. However, reviews like yours are definitely important and can affect product changes.”

So, I think the best thing is to write Linkedin to share what the problem is: https://www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin/forum . This is the place where I got my answer from

Their answer: β€œThe big question. After the recent redesign of the site, the Add to Profile function will no longer fill out certification and degree information, but you can directly add relevant information.

However, we want you to know that we are listening and actively monitoring your forum posts for your comments and feedback. If you have problems with functions that do not work properly, please contact us below and we will gladly consider this for you! If you like updates on any features or updates that we may have, I recommend you check out our blog (blog.linkedin.com), since we usually post updates there first!

Thanks! "
