Elastic search - search_after parameter

Question

I read this doc to understand "search_after" and ask two questions.

I'm curious where the "Tweet No. 654323" comes from. Is this one of the document id or field data?
When I added a few search_after parameters, is it an “and”, a condition, or an 'or' condition?
ex) "search_after": [1463538857, 5147821]

As mentioned in this document, "tweet#654323" is the value of the _uid document, consisting of the _type and _id document.
You need as many values in search_after as you have sort clauses, and these values should be ordered in the same way as in your sort clause. In "search_after": [1463538857, 5147821] it looks like you are sorting by date and another id field.
