'git apply' failed with code 1: patch does not apply error in SourceTree at Hunk stage

Question

When I try to execute a command or some lines, I get the following error in SourceTree for OS X:

Managing entire files works great. The path of this repo is located on a Windows virtual machine running in Parallels.

I suspect a problem with spaces or news. How to make this work without returning to hg-git?

I changed the setting to Show Spaces and everything looks better.

Atalsian's service assistant said he fixed the error, but I still have the same problem. https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/SRCTREE-2789
