No sqlite3.exe in SQLite3 Download Folder for Windows 64 Bit

Question

This is a dumb question, but I'm trying to install SQLlite 3 on my 64-bit Windows from the SQLite download page , and I tried sqlite-dll-win64-x64-3170000.zip from the Precompiled Binaries for Windows section, I page

but when unpacking the file there are only two files: sqlite3.def and sqlite3.dll`

Can someone please let me know where sqlite3.exe is located? As far as I know, should we have all these three files together?

• Download the “tools” package from the download page (current direct link: https://www.sqlite.org/2017/sqlite-tools-win32-x86-3170000.zip )
• Unzip:

Pay attention to the desired exe on the right.

sqlite3.exe does not exist for 64-bit Windows. You can create your own by downloading the source code and compiling it. Otherwise, a 32-bit exe will also work well on 64-bit.
