Login to iTunes Connect> Click My Applications on the home page> Select your application> Click "Activity" on the toolbar> Click "Ratings and Reviews" under the platform in the left column> Click "Reply" next to the customer review on the ratings and reviews page.
If the Reply parameter is not displayed, you may not have the Legal, Admin, App Manager, or Marketer roles.
If you answered customer reviews, you can even edit and delete your answers. Login to iTunes Connect> Click "My Applications" on the main page> Select your application> Click "Activity" on the toolbar> Click "Ratings and Reviews" under the platform in the left column> Find a review and answer that you want to edit or delete> Click "Edit answer" next to the overview> Edit or delete the answer and click "Save."
