Pgadmin4 very slowly opens empty database tables

I installed PostgreSQL 9.6.3-1 on my Windows 10 laptop. My laptop's processor is Intel (R) Core (TM) i7-5500U CPU @ 2.4GHZ and the installed memory is 8.00 GB. pgadmin 4 is too slow to open my database table. I just made a table schema and I have not imported any data, but I am slowly opening my database. What should I do? Should I install any pre-release application or upgrade to pgadmin3?

I ran into the same problem installing PostgreSQL 9.6. Just install PgAdmin3 1.22.2 and everything will become normal again
