Best Way to Stream / Logically Replicate Postgres RDS Data to Kinesis

Our primary data warehouse is the Postgres RDS database. It would be nice if we could transfer all the changes that occurred in Postgres to some kind of receiver - be it kinesi, elasticsearch or any other data store.

We use Postgres 9.5, which supports "logical replication." However, all extensions that connect to this stream are blocked in RDS. There's a tutorial for streaming MySQL RDS taste for kinesi - the equivalent of postgres would be ideal. Is this currently possible?
