After three hours of work, I got this solution: add these lines to

packagingOptions { exclude 'error_prone/Annotations.gwt.xml' exclude 'third_party/java_src/error_prone/project/annotations/Annotations.gwt.xml' exclude 'third_party/java_src/error_prone/project/annotations/Google_internal.gwt.xml' }

COMPLETION:
