Believe me, I asked about it on the Adsense forums (Spanish and English), and also checked the following resources and questions:

I have an AdSense account that really works with AdMob. We successfully see ads on Android, but I do not see them on the Internet. We can create new AdSense ads without problems, and we allow more than two months to pass until the ads are set up, but nothing has changed.

However, the answer I get from the ads is 200 status with the following HTML content:

<html><body style="background-color:transparent"></body></html>

The provision of bonuses, since no one could solve it, neither the Google Forums nor Stackoverflow!

We checked the new account and it works! Our initial account is not prohibited, although it serves to advertise AdMob, but the problem is with AdSense (for the Internet)!

I had almost the same problem. With the settings that I made, Google was unable to get ads on my page. See Answer:

The solution (for me) was to add a new unit and a completely new channel . If you check the If no ads available option, you can choose one of three options:

  • Collapse ad unit, otherwise show empty space (default)
  • Collapse ad unit, otherwise show color
  • Show another URL

If the problem persists, you should send a feedback message, including a URL, an exact description of the problem. This is probably an internal problem in the Googles algorithm (as if it could not find ads for you).

Important: Have you been tested from different browsers, other machines, and Google accounts? The algorithm behind the entire AdSense engine is highly dependent on this information. (This means that if you don’t see ads on your site, it may still display some for others.)

Edit: If you tried to use the newly created block and it didn’t work, I suspect that the error is Google and I am basically not in ideas. In my case, this solved the problem, but if you are unlucky with it, you really should use a different account if possible.
