Xcode 9 (9A235) iPhone X gone and weird Simulators: iPhone2017-A, -B -C?

I just downloaded Xcode 9 trying to get some test on the iPhone X. However, it really is buggy. For some reason, all my simulators have disappeared .. in both Xcode (I also have Xcode 8 ofc. With stable).

So, in Xcode 9 I want to add iPhone X, but it is. Only this list:

I added the weird iPhone2017-A and get the following:

I just deleted some unused simulators like the old iPad .. after that, the iPhone X disappeared, but I saw that it was there.

How to restore it? Has anyone else had the same problem?

If the iPhone X simulator does not appear in the simulator list. But iPhone2017-A, iPhone2017-B, iPhone2017-C show that you can use iPhone2017-C as a simulator for iPhone X. -iPhone2017-C is iPhone X.
