What is a good Blackberry application development toolkit?

Looking for a toolkit / SDK for common Blackberry developments or application suites. Something like an MVC framework?

I understand that Blackberry OS is Java ME, and that they have a decent development kit for them. I assume that you have already looked through everything here ... you can find a lot of information, including a link to download the development kit.

As for the controller of the view model, I don’t know of any concrete basis, but I don’t understand why you cannot use MVC as an approach in the paradigmatic sense. Google has resources for Java developers working with MVC.
