Yes, the pragprog method is flexible. Many elements of a flexible manifest can be found in the pragmatic book of programmers. Great examples of this include "no final decisions" and "code that glows in the dark."
Andy Hunt and Dave Thomas (Ruby Dave) signed a flexible manifest.
The main thing I would like to do is that few really experienced flexible people invest a lot in how โagileโ something is. Kent Beck was interviewed just a few weeks ago on the FLOSS podcast ( http://twit.tv/floss87 ), and itโs clear from what he said and his tone of voice that the pioneer of extreme programming doesn't think the word โagileโ in Today is of great importance in the industry.
I did a lot of extreme programming and found that everyone says that they are "mobile" - even people who did not know what that meant five minutes ago. IMHO this term has become meaningless. It is much more clearly allowed whether the project should follow scrum rules or extreme programming rules ... I would say to choose a particular style, because the "flexible" umbrella term seems to be less and less with time.
