How many international languages does iPhone Simulator support?
Select: Settings / General / International / Language
I have only English, but I'm afraid that I may have accidentally deleted localizations?

I reinstalled the SDK / Xcode and got all 40 of them.
(it was 18, but now it is more)
Mine supports 18 languages. Perhaps try resetting the content and settings ...

Have you tried resetting the contents and settings in the Simulator menu?
