Import Emacs keyboard configuration in Eclipse?

In Eclipse, in the menu, I can go to Window -> Preferences -> Keys and set the scheme to "Emacs". I can also click Export at the bottom right of the dialog box to export a .CSV file containing a list of my keyboard mappings.

How do I re-import this configuration into another Eclipse installation? The File → Import option does not seem to support .CSV files or a specific keyboard configuration file.

You can try to export and import all your settings.

Export File-> Export ...-> General-> Preferences

Import File-> Import ...-> General-> Preferences

Something that should work is to export all the settings and then import them into another installation. But I do not know how to do this only for the keyboard prefix.

I agree that this will make sense. I suggest you open an error report for Eclipse. Perhaps this is really a missing feature (or the solution is too simple, and we do not see it).

Key configuration for each workspace. Configuration files can be found in the workspace directory:

  workspace
   /.metadata
     /.plugins

I still do not understand which of these files matches your keyboard configuration. There is also a user configuration folder in your home folder (~ / .eclipse on GNU / Linux systems). You will probably find the file you need somewhere above these directories.
