What is the Cassini restriction (aka VS Dev Server)?

I am running a StackOverflowException (please do not ask, this is not my mistake) in IIS6 / 2k3, which has a limit of 256k, but an exception does not occur in the VS debugger.

In the understanding that I would like to know, but I could not understand what the stack limit for Cassini is ... if there really is one?

Have you tried overflowing the Cassini stack to see when it falls? I would suggest that the stack is huge, although I would expect Cassini to maximize the replication of IIS. It's amazing that something that works in VS will not work in IIS, and I would even think of throwing a VS error with Microsoft , as it seems that the whole point of Cassini is to reproduce IIS functionality and provide an ideal debugging environment. since any web projects you write in VS will in essence be deployed against IIS.

I'm not sure if this forum topic was posted by you or if you saw it, but it seems to be the same if you are still experiencing it.
