Is there a style checking tool for T-SQL like FxCop for .net?

I am looking for a tool to apply coding styles, validation for a T-SQL script. And he recommends best practices in the application.

In the .net code domain, the tool for this purpose is FxCop. Is there an analogue for T-SQL? Best of all it is a free open source tool.

Can anyone shed some light?

Power tools are your best bet.

It is also a Microsoft tool for testing best practices. The documentation states that it validates T-SQL. He may or may not do what you want.

You might want to check out the RedGate toolkit, particularly SQL Refactor and SQL Prompt.

This will allow you to standardize your T-SQL code, as well as provide you with the ability to customize the standards used for your particular store.
