Any good place to chat with C ++ / game developers?

I am a programmer working in Korea.
I recently started Stackoverflow, and I found it helps a lot.
I also think that communicating with other developers is a good way to learn and improve.
Stackoverflow is the only site I know for communication (especially in English).

Any other nice place to chat (ask / answer / talk) with game developers (or C ++ programmers, network programmers)?

Too often, people discredit the IRC for its abundance of high ego and not to mention the ongoing war on infidels that contribute to the spread of spam terrorism. Despite these possibilities, it can often be a good source of information. Usually, if I come there with a zeal for learning and open advice, I usually can find someone who is sitting at home, bored and willing to spend time teaching someone about something that they have a passion for.

I suggest entering irc.freenode.net and looking for a game channel. If you find it difficult to find one (this is a rather long list), go to the C ++ channel and ask someone if they know about a good channel specially designed for developing C ++ games.

Be careful though ... sometimes some channels can be quite ticklish. If someone is rude to you, do not consider it personal.
