XAML Vector for Illustrator or similar

I can easily go from Adobe Illustrator and make a XAML file using the XPS virtual printer, but is there a way to import vector graphics defined in XAML into Adobe Illustrator to continue working on it?

You can try Inkscape to convert your XAML to a format that Illustrator understands. It supports import and export of XAML.

Export the drawing to Expression Designer in PDF or PSD format and open it in Illustrator
