Bash: how to use the screen so that the session is used at home after work?

Everything is in the title, I would like to start a session at work and get it when I'm at home.

During operation, start a screen session:

$ screen

Do whatever work you want in a terminal session, and when you go home, disconnect the session by pressing CTRL-A , then D. Then the screen session disappears. To reactivate it after your home, resume the session with the -r option:

 $ screen -r

All your work will appear when you enter a saved screen session.
