IntelliJ Groovy Version

Question

I am currently updating the project to Groovy v1.6. When I installed IntelliJ, my GROOVY_HOME environment GROOVY_HOME pointing to Groovy v1.5.7, but now that I changed GROOVY_HOME to point to v1.6, it is unclear if IntelliJ is using the latest version.

How to check which version of Groovy IntelliJ is using?

I believe that you want to use the menu item "File → Project Structure". Then browse your libraries and faces (expand for Groovy).

Use Add Frame Support:

Right-click on your module and select "Add Platform Support ...". There you can add / change the groovy version
