How to enable JMX on Weblogic 10.x

I have an application enabled by JMX. He has his own JMX agent and some MBeans. When I run the application in WebLogic, I can connect to the JMX agent through the RMI URL and perform operations on MBeans through the " JConsole ".

But when I get to the Weblogic console, I don't see any JMX consoles! How to enable JMX console in weblogic?

Add the following JVM parameters to your Weblogic startup script:

-Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.port=8888 -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.ssl=false -Dcom.sun.management.jmxremote.authenticate=false

and reboot the server. You can remotely connect through JConsole / VisualVM / etc on host: 8888.

WebLogic does not have a JMX console built into the administration console.

WebLogic includes a WebLogic Scripting Tool to access other BEA MBeans and custom MBeans

WebLogic 10.3.4+ has an MBean browser through the Oracle Enterprise Manager Fusion middleware management page.

To access it, log in to Enterprise Manager, select the WebLogic domain from the left index, expand it and right-click on your domain.

The context menu has the option "System MBean Browser". Select this and you will have access to MBeans.
