What is the best tutorial for developing an iPhone without a Builder interface?

I tried the Builder interface, but I'd rather just write the code. I understand that this is reasonable, and many iPhone developers do not use IB.

Does anyone know good tutorials / resources about this?

All I have found so far is this video: http://www.vimeo.com/3363949
