How to configure WCF client code encoding?

Question

Are there any tools or code generation templates that will allow me to configure and extend WCF cliend proxies? It is not that svcutil is badly broken, but I would like to be able to generate additional code based on a service contract, and not just restrict the output of svcutil.

Have you viewed Factory Web Services ? This allows you to have full control over proxy generation.
