How to create a dock toolbar at the bottom of the page?

<div id="toolbar" style="position: fixed; bottom: 0px; left: 0px; width: 100%; color: #fff; background: #000;"> Toolbar Content <!-- rest of your toolbar stuff here --> </div> 

This will create a div with a black background that will remain at the bottom of the screen, regardless of the size or scroll of the browser. Then you can use the div style as you like.
