Utility for viewing threads in a Java process

I have a java application on a windows machine that binds the processor from time to time. I would like to run the utility to understand how many threads, etc. This application creates. Is there such a utility?

I always belonged to YourKit .

There are many others, albeit with open source and commercial ones. If you do a search in Google java profilers , you can find it to your liking.
