.NET MenuStrip with integrated Windows renderer?

Does anyone know how to make MenuStrips render based on the look of Windows, depending on the version of the OS the user is using?

The current render does not do this ...

I am currently using a third-party control that can do this, but it uses MainMenu and ContextMenu instead of what I'm looking for, MenuStrip ...
