Yes, in fact you can use WordNet SQL Builder ( http://wnsqlbuilder.sourceforge.net/ ). The instructions for performing the conversion are simple: http://wnsqlbuilder.sourceforge.net/howto.html . Basically you download the code, unpack it and run the script.
