Is it possible to transfer the X11 server to iPhone?

I am looking for an X11 server on an iPhone to use the NX protocol. There are RDP clients, Citrix clients, VNC clients, but no X11 server ...

Do you think it is possible to port (or create?) An X11 server (for example, kdrive changed for Cocoa) for iPhone? Does this have enough processor or memory power? How would you do that? Are there any alternatives?

First you should take a look at Zingersoft . Your second step will probably work to get the XQuartz compilation for the iPhone.

It certainly has sufficient power and CPU memory - the X11 has been operating at <10 MHz since its inception. Of course, they did not support blending, smoothing, widening of forms, etc. Located at 600 MHz + and a modern graphics chip, the iPhone is a smoking monster.

Although Zingersoft provides, as Rob Napier said, an X server, so obviously it should be possible :)

Yes it is possible. Regardless of whether it makes sense or not, another thing - X is not only a drawing protocol, but also a model of interaction. It will be difficult for you to make right-clicks, control characters, or most of the other operations that X programs want to do.

Honestly, you are probably better off not having a VNC session on a remote X session when you start a Linux server, and not going down that road if all you want to get is a bit on the screen.
