How to integrate NHibernate with Lucene.Net

Question

It gets pretty annoying. Trying to integrate Lucene.Net search with NHibernate, and I found only some information from the 07th year.

Is there a good updated tutorial for this? Where to start, what to download, etc.?

Is there a way to set NHibernate.Search metadata elsewhere rather than on domain objects using attributes (I don't want to reference any nhibernate related things in my main project)?

I have no answer to your second question. There is a book about Hibernate.Search, consider reading this book. http://www.manning.com/bernard/
