What version of .net structure will Sharepoint 2010 use?

Now that the Sharepoint conference has started and at least some NDA restrictions have been lifted.

I was wondering which version of the .net platform Sharepoint 2010 will be used. It is especially interesting if the Sharepoint workflow is built on a workflow in .net 4.0. Since we had performance issues in workflow for .net 3.5.

It uses .NET 3.5

Apparently, the release timeframes did not work for SharePoint 2010 to work with the .NET Framework 4.0.
